Wat we hear,learn and teach always do we implement?

It is just like wat barry white sang as a song in which he said tat we should practice wat we preach, wat he said in tat music was of wat so many ppl tat do preach does,meaning tat many of us or all of us do preach and like to preach but only few out of many can practice wat they told others to keep on doin in they daily lives. And wat makes me to say this is because many are on the side of preaching without practicing and that automaticaly makes this world what it is till date because they are many and the others that practice when they preach are very few and is hard to get in touch with any of them. You will know when you hear them,even when they are passing by,you will smell they virtue. The generation of our age is of the type that everyone knows what they other person even if he doesn't. The good words you hear and learn take it into your head work with it within you and then let it out to go teach others too,inorder words i mean practice and keep practice,never stops to practice then after it preach. So practice daily with no ceasing and preach always where ever you found yourself you need to speak up. Question- it better for one to choose one out of this two namely practice and preach. Preach and doesn't practice or practice and doesn't preach?
